f5 Therapeutics is a privately held, pharmaceutical company that focuses on targeted protein degradation via ‘molecular glues.’ Our NExMod™ platform focuses on discovering novel targets for degradation. We have discovered 11 novel targets (8 specific targets in oncology) that have the potential to change the TPD landscape as new target discovery is not the focus of our competition. Our value proposition to investors is solid; our next funding round will confirm target validation and engagement, making f5 poised for R&D partnerships, licensing, and acquisition and runway to move into FIH trials.
