Thank you for applying to the Innovator’s Pitch Challenge (IPC) at Redefining Early Stage Investments (RESI) JPM San Francisco on January 9-11, 2024 (1/9 in-person, 1/10-11 virtual), taking place at the Marines Memorial Club & Hotel (609 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94102).

Your pitch slot is confirmed. Your exact pitch session room and time will be confirmed by early December at the latest, on which we will send a separate e-mail.

As an IPC finalist, you will benefit from the following:

• Participate in live pitch session and pitch in front of a judging panel featuring investors and industry experts
• Present a poster board in the RESI Exhibition Hall
• Be featured as a finalist in the IPC in RESI program guide, partnering platform*, LSN newsletter, social media platforms, etc.)

*RESI JPM San Francisco’s online-based Partnering Platform will launch on Monday, December 4.

Important Dates & Deadlines

Poster Board (REQUIRED):

Each presenter will be provided with an easel in the exhibit hall to display your poster board. You may choose to prepare a poster on your own, or use our partner printing company, Murphy Printing, who can coordinate the delivery of the poster to the RESI venue, Marines Memorial Club & Hotel. 

Murphy Printing provides 2 types of printing options: Foam Board and Retractable Banner. The latter option allows for easier transportation since you can roll up the poster, making it easier for future use.

Please compare the two options below and submit your order here, where you can also review further instructions regarding the poster printing: 

*An additional 8.625% California Sales and Use tax will be included in the charge.

**If you will be printing using another company, please let us know by e-mailing IPC@lifesciencenation.com. You will be responsible for bringing the poster to the venue on your own. 

Updated Slide Deck and/or Executive Summary:

We will share non-confidential materials of pitching companies to our participating judges to help with their review of pitching companies before the actual conference. Please submit all updated materials by Friday, December 8, 2023 to IPC@lifesciencenation.com, and feel free to use third party platforms like Dropbox if the file sizes are too large.

Presentation Slides (optional):

If you will be using slides during your pitch, and they are different from the slide deck you have submitted as part of your application, please submit them to IPC@lifesciencenation.com by Wednesday, January 3, 2024. 

**Because of technical problems we have experienced in the past with last minute submissions, we will NOT accept slides that are sent after this deadline. There are no exceptions to this deadline. We appreciate your cooperation.

Prizes

At RESI, all registered attendees will be provided with 5 pieces of “RESI Cash”.
The Top 3 companies with the highest amount of RESI Cash “invested” by RESI attendees will be announced at the end of the conference (during the cocktail reception).

• 1st Place – Complimentary Tickets to 3 RESI Conference Series events of your choice (up to 2 tickets per event)
• 2nd Place – Complimentary Tickets to 2 RESI Conference Series events of your choice (up to 2 tickets per event)
